Step 2 offers lots of workshops

Clinical supervision for safeguarding leads

We provide counselling supervision for staff in schools who have responsibilities for safeguarding children and young people, and mental health support.

Supervision sessions are:

  • Entirely individual - we encourage staff to use the sessions in the way they feel will be most beneficial to support them in their work.

  • A confidential, non-judgemental, independent space for staff to discuss complex cases, process traumatic and disturbing material, explore responses and decision-making, and monitor their own emotional and psychological health.
