Here you can find links and resources whether you are a young person, a parent or family member, or a professional supporting a young person. We have resources on a range of things from having conversations on mental health, to education on health and relationships.

Life can feel overwhelming with stuff sometimes. You're not alone, this page is to help give you some quick reliable information and links about lots of different things, from relationships to mental health. Whether you're looking for some ideas on how to manage, somewhere you can get advice or even talk to someone, you can find something here that can help lighten the load.

I'm really struggling and need to talk to someone

There are special services and places where you can get urgent support.
In Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale or Craven you can call First Response if you feel in crisis. It's open 24/7 and the number to call is: 0800 952 1181. You can also call 111 and select the mental health option.
If you are in immediate danger and/or unable to keep yourself safe contact emergency services on 999.
