Our passionate, dedicated staff team have a commitment to enabling young people to be physically and mentally healthy, happy and successful.

Many of our staff have been with Step 2 for a number of years, testament to our supportive, family culture.
We strive to constantly develop and recognise how the impact of our work is subject to being as contemporary as young people’s fast-moving pace of life and culture.
​
As such, we also have a wealth of experience in creating successful placements for degree and masters level students and can also offer great volunteering opportunities.
