New additions to our relationship and wellbeing team

Andy Gibbs joined us earlier this year, as our Boys and Young Men's Worker. Andy is an experienced youth worker, having been involved in outdoor development work, detached work and developing programmes for boys and young men for many years. In his spare time he enjoys campfires, canoeing, riding his mountain bike and watching the sky.

Following the departure of Kirsty Ferguson, who has been Service Lead for the team in recent times, and has been with Step 2 for over 10 years, we recruited Chloe Love to take on the role.

Chloe describes herself as just like a Skittle, colourful and bright! She has worked with various people, including asylum seekers and refugees, and has supported children and young people with their mental health. She shows lots of empathy for the people she supports and strives to make a difference.
